CNY74-4H Vishay

The CNY74-4H is a Transistor Output Optocouplers Phototransistor Out Quad CTR 50-600% manufactured by Vishay. This electronic part is used to isolate high voltage signals from low voltage signals, while also providing a degree of electrical insulation. The CNY74-4H features four channels of quadphototransistor outputs, which can be used to transfer digital logic from one circuit to another while providing a high degree of insulation between the circuits. The device offers a wide total coupling capacitance range of 50 to 600%, making it suitable for a variety of applications. Additionally, the CNY74-4H's transistor outputs provide high-speed operation with very low propagation delay and low power modes.
