MAX174/MX574A/ Industry-Standard, Complete 12-Bit ADCs MX674A General Description Features The MAX174/MX574A/MX674A are complete 12-bit Complete ADC with Reference and Clock analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that combine high 12-Bit Resolution and Linearity speed, low-power consumption, and on-chip clock and No Missing Codes Over Temperature voltage reference. The maximum conversion times are 8s (MAX174), 15s (MX674A), and 25s (MX574A). 150mW Power Dissipation Maxims BiCMOS construction reduces power dissipation 8s (MAX174), 15s (MX674A), and 25s (MX574A) 3 times (150mW) over comparable devices. The internal Max Conversion Times buried zener reference provides low-drift and low-noise Precision Low TC Reference: 10ppm/C performance.
