The MAX6316MUK46CYT is a stand-alone, low-cost, low-power, dual precision CMOS supervisory circuit from Analog Devices. It is ideal for battery-operated, microprocessor-based systems as it offers excellent reset accuracy. The device ensures that microprocessors remain in proper reset during power-on, power-off, and brownout conditions. The MAX6316 features two independent reset outputs that are preset to 138.9ms minimum during power-up and 1.3s maximum during power-down. The reset outputs are designed to be compatible with low-power CMOS inputs. Additionally, the MAX6316 features two active-high push-pull RESET outputs, enhanced reset comparators, manual reset input, 4.63V or 2.51V manual reset threshold, built-in reset delayed, and an active-low open-drain output.
