Bowthorp NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) Thermistors
NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistors are temperature-sensitive resistors whose resistance decreases as their temperature increases. They are made from stable semiconductor materials, such as semiconductor oxides and polycrystalline silicon. They have a small size and are easy to incorporate into electronics. NTC thermistors are used in many different applications including temperature sensing, motor protection, circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and more.
