Corp.SSP721A with Interface Specialized SOP-16 RoHS is a surface mount integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Siproin Corp. It is a low-power, single-supply, low-voltage Comparator featuring an open-drain output. It has an operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.0V, a power supply current of 1µA or less, and a supply voltage temperature coefficient of 0.5mV/°C or less. The SSP721A has a wide input range of -0.3V to VDD + 0.3V, and provides a high level of immunity to supply noise and negative-going glitches. It provides an output off-state voltage of 0.2V or less which is suitable for direct connection to CMOS logic. The SOP16 package allows for direct board mounting, and it is RoHS compliant.
