Additional Infomation About Product

The SN3948 with SOP-8 DC-DC Converter ROHS, manufactured by ISSI, is a high-efficiency, step-down switching regulator. It operates from +2V to +6V and can provide up to 1.3A of current. An internal regulator with adjustable output current limit allows for continuous output power up to 18W. Its low-noise conversion also helps reduce conducted EMI, allowing it to meet EN55022 Class B standards for conducted emissions. The SN3948 is RoHS compliant and can operate in temperatures up to 125°C.
