Contactor Accessories
Contactor accessories are devices used to enhance and supplement the performance of contactors. Common contactor accessories include overload relays, auxiliary contact blocks, power supply modules, and even indicators. Overload relays are used to detect when the electrical current through a circuit becomes too high and can automatically cut off power to prevent overheating or potential equipment damage. Auxiliary contact blocks are used to control additional circuits, and they can also provide additional control in the form of opening or closing the circuit a specified number of times. Power supply modules provide electrical current to contactors, while indicators provide a visual signal of the contactor's status.
