EL/CCFL inverters are power supplies designed to power cold cathode lamps and light emitting diode (LED) lighting fixtures. These inverters convert alternating current (AC) input power into direct current (DC) that is used to operate the light source. EL/CCFL inverters use advanced switching technologies to ensure reliable operation and a long lifespan. They come with safety features such as short circuit protection, thermal overload and over-voltage protection.
