Cree High Power LEDs - Single Colour

High power LEDs are light emitting diodes (LEDs) that have a higher power output than standard LED lights. They are used for lighting and backlighting in applications that require higher illumination, such as in industrial lighting, street lighting, and automotive lighting. They are also used in general lighting, with the purpose of replacing traditional lamps such as incandescent, CFL, and HID. High power LEDs are more efficient than traditional lighting and offer higher lumen/watt efficiency. With their superior illumination, more compact size and lower power consumption, high power LEDs are becoming an industry standard for lighting projects. High power LEDs are typically single colour, in the visible spectrum, and can be red, orange, yellow, green, blue and white.
