Ceramic capacitors are typically used for a variety of circuit applications, such as power supply decoupling, snubber circuits, motor start up, bypassing, timing and frequency control, wave shaping, and more. They're also used in RF and microwave circuits, as they can handle high frequencies and high temperatures.
