About Benchtop Power Supplies
Fluke Benchtop Power Supplies
Benchtop power supplies are devices used to provide a stable, controlled, and adjustable power source for use in laboratory, repair and development, and industrial applications. These devices are typically mounted to a benchtop or other flat surface for convenience, and are composed of a single AC or DC voltage output, ranging from 0V to the supply’s maximum rated value. This voltage can be altered with knobs, sliders, and buttons on the power supply’s front face. Many models also offer various protection and monitoring features such as output surge protection, overvoltage alarms, and readouts of the current and voltage output. Power supplies typically offer variable current limits as well, to ensure that a device can receive the correct amount of power without being overloaded.
