TechnologiesThe U74HC373G-S20-R is a CMOS logic latch manufactured by Unisonic Technologies. It is a dual, transparent positive-edge trigger with a SOIC-20-300mil surface-mount package and designed for low-power applications in the electronic industry. The latch offers two D-type positive-edge triggered flip-flops with reset, and is used to save registers and other data. It has a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, and meets industrial and military temperature ranges. This device is also compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.
