The HTCSEMI HT33153ARZ Gate Drive IC is a SOP-8, RoHS compliant, IGBT driver containing all essential functionality to drive various power transistors such as IGBTs, MOSFETs and various Thyristors. It offers both low side and high side outputs, fast switching time of 0.2 to 0.5µs with a frequency response of up to 100 kHz, as well as over temperature and over current protection to safeguard the IGBTs. This IC also offers protection against under voltage lockout (UVLO), short circuit protection (SCP) and maximum peak current limit (MPC). This is a high performance Gate Drive IC which can be used for driving IGBTs in high speed applications such as power electronics, motor drives and AC inverters.
