The LN8322SR-G with Half Bridge Undervoltage Protection(UVP) is a 8 Pin Surface Mount MOSFET Gate Drive ICs manufactured by NATLINEAR. It is designed to provide robust protection from the voltage stress caused by switching MOSFETs. It is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in a wide variety of automotive or industrial applications and has an operating voltage of 4.5V-13.2V. The LN8322SR-G features an integrated sense FET which monitors and controls the output voltage of each MOSFET during Undervoltage protection and Overcurrent protection conditions to ensure reliable and robust protection.
