The MD9927 with DFN(2x2) Motor Driver ICs ROHS is a dual full-bridge motor driver IC designed by Mingda. It is designed to drive motors that have low noise, low power consumption, low heat dissipation, and high power efficiency. It features dual full-bridge PWM control and an adjustable precise current sensing circuit. It also features built-in protections for overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown. Additionally, the device offers selectable speeds, pulse width modulation (PWM) signal generation, direction control and high efficiency operation. The MD9927 has a wide operating temperature range and is RoHS-compliant.
