Additional Infomation About Product

The TL431 is a voltage reference manufactured by Microdiode Electronics and is available in an industry-standard SOT-23 RoHS package. It features an externally adjustable reference voltage from 2.5V to 36V and a low operating current of 5 µA. It is designed to provide a unique voltage reference and can be used in a range of applications including power supplies, LED drivers, programmable regulators, and voltage/frequency converters. The TL431 also has an outstanding temperature stability of ±2mV/°C across its temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. On-chip current limiting and safe area protection make it an ideal choice for circuit protection applications.
