The ZD8028IB5TR is a SOT-23-5 DC-DC Converter manufactured by Zetta. It is a regulated, low drop-out, switching mode of DC/DC power supply with an output voltage of 5.2V. The device is RoHS compliant and rated to operate over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 14V. It has high efficiency of up to 90%, and the output is capable of supplying up to 150mA. The device features a low start-up current and a soft-start limit at startup, which prevents inrush current. Additionally, the ZD8028IB5TR has cycle-by-cycle current limitation, thermal shutdown, and over-voltage protection.
