Additional Infomation About Product

CW 9100 is a single component, liquid-applied electronic conduction sealant developed by Circuitworks. It is specifically designed as a conformal coating and isolation film for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronics. The heat-cured sealant provides a moisture-resistant layer that bonds with the substrate, protecting the board from environmental elements, dust, and debris. It is rated to the UL94V-0 flammability standard and is available in dry film thicknesses from 25-200 µm. The sealant has excellent adhesion to many substrates, including various plastics and metals, as well as anti-corrosive properties, leading to a longer life for the protected electronics.
