Other Tools refers to any type of software programs that do not fall into any of the previously-listed categories. This could include anything from image and graphics editors, screen capture utilities, file archiving programs, text editors, operating system tweakers, and various other third-party applications. Some of these tools are installed by the operating system itself and are generally used for maintenance or other system-level functions, such as virus scanners and registry cleaners.
