Additional Infomation About Product

P122U31 is an 8-pin digital isolator (SOIC-N-8) manufactured by 2Pai Semi. The device is designed to provide electrical isolation between two circuits. It contains four galvanically isolated N-channel MOSFETs which provide up to 5kV of insulation. The device is RoHS-compliant and is suitable for use in a wide range of applications including motor control, converters, data, power, and communication lines. Its low on resistance enables high-speed switching of within 10ns and requires low supply current. The P122U31 is available in an 8-pin SOIC-N-8 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
