Additional Infomation About Product

098067H is a melted wedge bond heat sink made by Aavid. It is designed for use in power electronic applications such as up converters, down converters, power controllers and IGBT based systems. The heat sink is made from thermally efficient aluminum which helps to quickly dissipate heat from the components that it is attached to. The design includes a pair of mounting holes, a molded thermally conductive thermal interface and a rounded shape to help minimize air resistance. The heat sink is rated to dissipate up to 79 watts when in open air and up to 129 watts when in an enclosed environment.
