S-1135 Series HIGH RIPPLE-REJECTION LOW DROPOUT MIDDLE OUTPUT CURRENT CMOS VOLTAGE REGULATOR www.sii-ic.com SII Semiconductor Corporation, 2008-2015 Rev.2.2 01 The S-1135 Series, developed using the CMOS technology, is a positive voltage regulator IC which has the low dropout voltage, the high-accuracy output voltage and the low current consumption (300 mA output current). A 1.0 F small ceramic capacitor can be used. It operates with low current consumption of 45 A typ. The overcurrent protection circuit prevents the load current from exceeding the current capacity of the output transistor. The ON / OFF circuit ensures longer battery life. Various capacitors, also small ceramic capacitors, can be used for this IC more than for the conventional regulator ICs which have CMOS technology. Furthermore, a small SOT-89-5, SOT-23-5, and HSNT-6A packages realize high-density mounting. Features Output voltage: 1.0 V to 3.5 V, selectable in 0.05 V step Input voltage: 1.5 V to 5.5 V Output voltage accuracy: 1.0% (1.0 V to 1.45 V output product : 15 mV) Dropout voltage: 160 mV typ.
