S-8244 Series BATTERY PROTECTION IC FOR 1-SERIAL TO 4-SERIAL-CELL PACK (SECONDARY PROTECTION) www.sii-ic.com SII Semiconductor Corporation, 2003-2017 Rev.6.5 00 The S-8244 Series is used for secondary protection of lithium-ion batteries with from one to four cells, and incorporates a high-precision voltage detector circuit and a delay circuit. Short-circuiting between cells makes it possible for serial connection of one to four cells.
