Body Control suspension
The 400021R Adaptive Body Control suspension consists of four components: an active dampening system, active body control system, electromechanical suspension, and suspension control arms. The active dampening system helps reduce body roll and improve stability while driving, by adjusting the dampening system's damping force according to the input from camera, radar, and road sensors. The active body control system takes the data collected by the camera, radar, and road sensors and adjusts the air springs, dampening force, and suspension control arms to provide the optimum suspension settings for any given situation. The electromechanical suspension works in tandem with the active dampening system and can adjust the spring rate and ride height of the vehicle as needed. The suspension control arms works with the active body control system, to keep the vehicle level when cornering, or when driving on uneven surfaces.
