The Aeroflex 6AH-20 is a CMOS programmable logic device (PLD) for digital data processing systems. It is a 20-pin integrated circuit (IC) with an interconnect array of 16 cells and 4 logic blocks. The 6AH-20 is organized in 8 rows of 8 programmable logic cells (PLCs). Each PLC has 4 inputs and an output, providing 4-bit functionality. The four logic blocks consist of 2-input Exclusive OR and AND gates, a 4-bit comparator, and a 4-bit decoder. The 6AH-20 is designed to deliver high speed, low power, and high density in systems. It is ideal for data processing applications including communications, robotics, and security systems.
