ESP-12E with WIFI Modules Module RoHS is a highly integrated Wi-Fi Module manufactured by Ai-Thinker. It contains the popular ESP8266EX Wi-Fi SoC (System on Chip). This module is 4MB flash-enabled and is RoHS certified. It supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, and complies with Wi-Fi Direct (P2P), Soft-AP, and Airplay protocols.
