The AIC1734-30GXTTR is a low dropout (LDO) regulator designed to provide highly accurate and low-noise power regulation with minimal power dissipation. It is a SOT-89-3 packaged regulator which is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. The device operates from a wide input voltage range of 2.7V up to 6.5V and outputs a voltage of 3.0V at up to 30mA continuous current. It has an exceptionally low quiescent current of 14uA, low dropout voltage of 260mV, and a high PSRR of 70dB min at 10KHz. The device is capable of operating at temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C and features 100k ohm resistors to further improve safety. It has excellent thermal performance with high power dissipation of 2.3W. It is ideal for applications such as post-processing digital audio, gaming equipment, automotive applications, LED lighting, portable devices, and industrial, and point-of-load applications.
