The Aimtec AM6C-2412S-NZ is a cost-effective, DC/DC converter module designed to provide a highly regulated 12 VDC output from an input voltage of 9 V to 36 VDC. This converter has a wide range of features, including a high efficiency rating of up to 92%, an adjustable output voltage, a wide input voltage range, overload, short circuit and over temperature protection, reliable operation in ambient temperatures of -40°C to +85°C, and built-in Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) filters that reduce unwanted electrical signals. Its high efficiency is due to its use of a synchronous rectifier design with synchronous control for maximum efficiency. This converter is ideal for applications such as process control systems, instrumentation, and industrial automation.
