HB1035 is a safety monitor and relay module manufactured by Allen-Bradley Automation. It is designed to be used in safety applications such as those where equipment requires protected stop, emergency stop, single and double safety outputs and must meet safety standards such as UL, CSA, and EN. The HB1035 features dual 6 A outputs, independent latching or non-latching inputs, and a built-in diagnostics and logging capability. It has dual inputs for reliable monitoring of safety devices such as emergency stop switches, enabling automations systems and compliant stop function. The module also has built-in safety diagnostics which display common safety sensor errors and other related information, helping users to quickly identify and address issues. It also has a dual loop capability for added safety that supports both independent and synchronized outputs for redundant safety outputs.
