Additional Infomation About Product

System ELPOX 15 is a one-component, heat curing polyester resin from the Amepox microelectronic system. It is designed for use in the encapsulation and encapsulation of IC's, transistors and other small components. ELPOX 15 is low in viscosity, making it easy for it to flow around components and fill tiny gaps, where a normal resin would not easily penetrate. It is also resistant to electrical and environmental conditions, making it suitable for use in harsh, industrial applications. In addition, ELPOX 15 is also cureable with both IR and UV radiation, making it incredibly easy to use.
