SL15 10005 is a 5 Watts non-inductive thermal fuse manufactured by Ametherm. It is intended for use in critical applications where over current protection is required. This thermal fuse can be used in the power source of a wide range of products, including computers and peripherals, backup power supplies, appliances, medical and lab equipment and instrumentation. The SL15 10005 is designed for applications where safe shutdown needs to occur in case of an overcurrent situation. It features high speed response time and its adjustable operating temperature range of 30-130°C ensures that its overcurrent protection capability is activated in timely manner. Additionally, its low power consumption helps DC sources to maintain lower power topology with maximum efficiency.
