The MIL-C-38999 Series III connector can be specified as a dedicated fibre optic connector or a hybrid of fibre optics, power, signal, coax or data bus contacts. n Ceramic, stainless steel or bronze alignment sleeve. n Size 16 contacts (MIL-C-38999). n Shell material - aluminium bronze, aluminium, stainless steel. n Anti-vibration screw coupling mechanism. n Environmentally sealed. n Contacts per connector - minimum 2/maximum 37. n Plug and receptacle can facilitate the use of pin or socket termini in either way. n Application applies to any area which requires a totally sealed multiway fibre optic interconnection.
