TM MachineryMate vibration meter kits MAC800 series Wilcoxons handheld MAC800 vibration meter analyzes and displays vibration signals, helping users identify machine faults before they impact operation or lead to failure. The meter comes with built-in band filters for unbalance, misalignment and looseness, and its low Hz range allows readings on machinery running at speeds as slow as 120 RPM. When used with the included DataMate software, the MAC800 kit can become the foundation of a plantwide condition monitoring program, supporting up to ten machines. Upgrading to DataMate PRO allows monitoring of up to 1,000 machines. Other options for extended capabilities include Bluetooth headphones for auditory monitoring and a strobelight attachment for run speed analysis.
