The AD736JRZ is an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. This is a low power, 5 MSPS, 12-bit A/D converter, with a low differential linearity error of 0.5LSB, and low power consumption of just 315mW. This device has a Programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with gains of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128. It is suitable for applications such as manufacturing test, instrumentation, data acquisition, high speed modems and telecom equipment. The AD736JRZ also features a low latency, internal continuous-track-and-hold (T&H) circuit that allows wideband sampling rate of up to 80MHz with excellent dynamic linearity.
