The AD8361ARMZ-REEL is an integrated RF detector and controller from Analog Devices. It is designed to provide precision, low noise, and high dynamic power detection for active RF, microwave, and mmWave signals between DC and 2.5GHz frequencies. The device has a linear 0 to +2V output range and can measure power from -40 dBm to +18 dBm, with a 14 dB dynamic range. The AD8361ARMZ-REEL also features an internal reference voltage, low power consumption and a low noise floor. As a single-chip solution, it is ideal for use in test and measurement, defense, satellite, automotive, and other high-performance RF signal processing applications.
