The ADL5390ACPZ-WP is a digitally-controlled, programmable-gain differential amplifier from Analog Devices. It is part of the company's low-noise, wideband family of high-performance RF and IF amplifier chips. The amplifier can provide high-precision gain control and high slew rate performance across a wide range of frequencies up to 6 GHz while maintaining low distortion and noise levels. The unit is housed in a 6-lead, plastic Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP). It has on-chip adjustable bias, temperature compensation, and gain control, with excellent repeatability, settling time, and UVLO power-down protection.
