The ADUM6020-3BRIZ is a switching voltage regulator isoPower 5kV, LowEMI 500mW pwr, 3.3V manufactured by Analog Devices. It is a highly efficient and monolithic point-of-load (POL) power management solution designed to provide smooth, efficient, and quiet regulated power supplies. With an integrated pulse width modulator (PWM) controller building block and an on-chip high-voltage switch, this device operates at high frequency with a low off-time ratio allowing for very efficient power conversion. It has an integrated low EMI generation, thermal shutdown, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and a wide 4.5 – 30V input voltage range. With up to 500mW of output power and very low noise and EMI, this device is suitable for switching voltage regulator applications requiring high efficiency, low operating voltage, and low EMI.
