It features remote configurability and Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 17V n Output Voltage Range: 0.5V to 5.5V telemetry-monitoring of power management parameters 2 n over PMBus an open standard I C-based digital interface 0.5% Maximum DC Output Error Over Temperature n protocol . The LTM4675 is comprised of fast analog 2.5% Current Readback Accuracy at 9A Load 2 n control loops, precision mixed-signal circuitry, EEPROM, 400kHz PMBus-Compliant I C Serial Interface n power MOSFETs, inductors and supporting components. Integrated 16-Bit ADC n Supports Telemetry Polling Rates Up to 125Hz The LTM4675s 2-wire serial interface allows outputs to be n Constant Frequency Current Mode Control margined, tuned and ramped up and down at programmable n Parallel and Current Share Multiple Modules slew rates with sequencing delay times. Input and output n All 7-Bit Slave Addresses Supported currents and voltages, output power, temperatures, uptime n Drop-In Pin-Compatible to Dual 13A LTM4676A and and peak values are readable. Custom configuration of Dual 18A LTM4677 the EEPROM contents is not required. At start-up, output n 16mm 11.9mm 3.51mm BGA Package voltages, switching frequency, and channel phase angle assignments can be set by pin-strapping resistors.
