LTM8003 40V , 3.5A Step-Down IN Silent Switcher Module Regulator FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Complete Step-Down Switch Mode Power Supply The LTM 8003 is a 40V , 6A peak, 3.5A continuous IN n Low Noise Silent Switcher Architecture step-down Silent Switcher Module (power module) n Wide Input Voltage Range: 3.4V to 40V regulator. The Silent Switcher architecture minimizes EMI n Wide Output Voltage Range: 0.97V to 18V while delivering high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz. n Wide Temperature Range: 40C to 150C (H-Grade) Included in the package are the switching controller, power n 3.5A Continuous Output Current, 6A peak switches, inductor, and all support components. Operating n FMEA Compliant Pinout (LTM8003-3.3) over an input voltage range of 3.4V to 40V, the LTM8003 Output Stays at or Below Regulation Voltage During supports an output voltage range of 0.97V to 18V and a Adjacent Pin Short or if a Pin Is Left Floating switching frequency range of 200kHz to 3MHz, each set by n CISPR25 Class 5 Compliant a single resistor.
