LTC4372/LTC4373 Low Quiescent Current Ideal Diode Controller FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Reduces Power Dissipation by Replacing a Power The LTC 4372/LTC4373 are positive high voltage ideal Schottky Diode diode controllers that drive an external N-channel MOSFET n Low Quiescent Current: 5A Operating to replace a Schottky diode.
