The DS3655B+ is a dual high-side switch manufactured by Analog Devices. It is designed for board-level power distribution, featuring two independent high-side MOSFETs with integrated current-sense resistors. The IC is available in a space-saving 24-pin TSSOP package and is capable of switching up to 30V at 9A. It offers adjustable overcurrent and overvoltage protection, a diagnostic pin, low RDS(on) of 40mO (typical), and low quiescent current at 6.2mA (typical). The DS3655B+ is an ideal solution for automotive, medical and industrial applications that require circuit protection and high-current switching.
