DS3904/DS3905 Rev 3 3/07 Triple 128-Position Nonvolatile Digital Variable Resistor/Switch General Description Features The DS3904/DS3905 contain three nonvolatile (NV) low Three 20k, or Two 20k and One 10k, 128- temperature coefficient, variable digital resistors. Each Position Linear Digital Resistors resistor has 128 user-selectable positions.
