The HMC329A provides excellent local mixer that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter oscillation (LO) to radio frequency (RF) and LO to intermediate from 22 GHz to 38 GHz in a small chip area of 0.87 mm frequency (IF) suppression due to optimized balun structures. 0.58 mm. This mixer requires no external component or The mixer operates with LO drive levels at 13 dBm or above.
