ICL761XICL764X Single/Dual/Triple/Quad Operational Amplifiers General Description Features The ICL761XICL764X family of monolithic CMOS op Pin-for-Pin Second Source amps combine ultra-low input current with low-power 1pA Typical Bias Current4nA (max) at +125C operation over a wide supply voltage range. With pin- 1V to 8V Wide Supply Voltage Range selectable quiescent currents of 10A, 100A, or 1000A Industry-Standard Pinouts per amplifier, these op amps will operate from 1V to 8V power supplies, or from single supplies from 2V to Programmable Quiescent Currents of 10A, 16V. The CMOS outputs swing to within milli-volts of the 100A, and 1000A supply voltages. Monolithic, Low-Power CMOS Design The ultra-low bias current of 1pA makes this fam- ily of op amps ideal for long time constant integrators, Ordering Information picoammeters, low droop rate sample/hold amplifiers and other applications where input bias and offset currents are ICL76XX M N OP critical.
