LM199/LM399 LM199A/LM399A Precision Reference FEATURES DESCRIPTIO 6.95V Shunt Reference The LM199/LM399 precision shunt reference features Guaranteed 0.5ppm/C Temperature Coef cient excellent temperature stability over a wide range of volt- Guaranteed 1 Maximum Dynamic Impedance age, temperature and operating current conditions. A Guaranteed 20V Maximum Noise stabilizing heater is incorporated with the active Zener on RMS Guaranteed Initial Tolerance of 2% a monolithic substrate which nearly eliminates changes in Wide Operating Current Range voltage with temperature.
