LT1022 High Speed, Precision JFET Input Operational Amplifier FEATURES DESCRIPTIO Guaranteed Slew Rate: 23V/s Min The LT 1022 JFET input operational amplifier combines Guaranteed Offset Voltage: 250V Max high speed and precision performance. 55C to 125C: 750V Max A 26V/s slew rate and 8.5MHz gain-bandwidth product Guaranteed Drift: 5V/C Max are simultaneously achieved with offset voltage of Guaranteed Bias Current: typically 80V, 1.5V/C drift, bias currents of 50pA at 70C, 180pA Max 70C, 500pA at 125C. The output delivers 20mA of load 125C, 4nA Max current without gain degradation. Gain-Bandwidth Product: 8.5MHz Typ The 250V maximum offset voltage specification Settling Time to 0.05% (10V Step): 0.9s Typ represents less than 1/2 least significant bit error in a U 14-bit, 10V system. APPLICATIO S The LT1022A meets or exceeds all OP-16A and OP-16E Fast D/A Output Amplifiers (12, 14, 16 Bits) specifications. It is faster and more accurate without High Speed Instrumentation stability problems at cold temperatures.
