The LT1109CZ-12#PBF is a high power low noise bipolar linear voltage regulator offered by Analog Devices. It has a wide input voltage range of 7V - 40V and is able to deliver up to 10A of load current. It has a high output accuracy of ±2.0%, and can provide a single adjustable output rail from 0.6V to 32V. The device also has a high PSRR of 85dB at 1kHz as well as an excellent line regulation of 0.08%/V and load regulation of 0.2%/A. Its low no-load quiescent current is 37µA under full load. The LT1109CZ-12#PBF also provides numerous protection features, including current limiting, over temperature protection, and reverse current and under-voltage lockout protection.
