Its Top Drive Protection at High Duty Cycles unique adaptive protection against shoot-through cur- TTL/CMOS Input Levels rents eliminates all matching requirements for the two Undervoltage Lockout with Hysteresis MOSFETs. This greatly eases the design of high efficiency Operates at Supply Voltages from 10V to 15V motor control and switching regulator systems. Separate Top and Bottom Drive Pins During low supply or start-up conditions, the undervoltage U lockout actively pulls the driver outputs low to prevent the APPLICATIO S power MOSFETs from being partially turned on.
