LT1178/LT1179 17A Max, Dual and Quad, Single Supply, Precision Op Amps FEATURES DESCRIPTIO 17A Max Supply Current per Amplifier The LT 1178 is a micropower dual op amp in the standard 70V Max Offset Voltage 8-pin configuration the LT1179 is a micropower quad op 250pA Max Offset Current amp offered in the standard 14-pin packages. Both 5nA Max Input Bias Current devices are optimized for single supply operation at 5V. 0.9V 0.1Hz to 10Hz Voltage Noise Specifications are also provided at 15V supplies. P-P 1.5pA 0.1Hz to 10Hz Current Noise P-P The extremely low supply current is combined with true 0.5V/C Offset Voltage Drift precision specifications: offset voltage is 30V, offset 85kHz Gain-Bandwidth Product current is 50pA. Both offset parameters have low drift with 0.04V/s Slew Rate temperature. The 1.5pAp-p current noise and picoampere Single Supply Operation: offset current permit the use of megaohm level source Input Voltage Range Includes Ground resistors without introducing serious errors.
