The device is capable of supplying Low Quiescent Current: 7A n 20mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 350mV. Low Dropout Voltage: 350mV n Designed for use in battery-powered or high voltage sys- Output Current: 20mA n tems, the low quiescent current (7A operating) makes LT3014BHV Survives 100V Transients (2ms) n the LT3014B an ideal choice. Quiescent current is also No Protection Diodes Needed n well controlled in dropout. Adjustable Output from 1.22V to 60V n Stable with 0.47F Output Capacitor Other features of the LT3014B include the ability to operate n Stable with Aluminum, Tantalum or Ceramic with very small output capacitors.
